#LUNA'S POV

It had been three hours since they went on a war i was stressed and really worried about Lyla and my father ,i know i shouldn't be after how he lashed out on me yesterday and said all the hurtful things but i cant help it because he is still my father and he kind of rose me up from childhood. I mean it when i really say 'kind of' all he did was feed me on time, give me a roof under which i could live, that's it.

He never celebrated my birthdays, it was just Ryle who bought cake to me and also some gifts, but somewhere it just hurt to see other fathers celebrating their daughters birthdays, surprising them with gifts loving them, being there for them it was all hurtful so i even stopped attending the birthday parties of nobles with an intention of isolating myself.

After that i engrossed myself in books first it was distraction but later i found reading and learning really interesting. I learnt about politics, conspiracies, how to rule, how Classia started war against Endyrea etc. I started attending business meetings with father and sometimes i found his decisions really odd but i kept myself out of it. Later when i joined grounds it was forbidden there to celebrate anything so lyla just wished me and we would carry on with our normal routine and i have gotten used to it over time.

I had been trying to distract myself from last hour that everything's gonna be fine , they would be back home safely yeah i wouldn't hope for them to win as we have been continuosly losing to Classia since war started between in us.

They are really strong i admit it but they don't always have to show it off by starting war against us always and what was even more humiliating that they let us go even after losing it. Just as i was pacing around the ground one of the soldiers hurriedly came to the grounds and he almost fell to the ground while getting off his horse. I rushed towards him, he was heavily injured with bruises all over him,

"what happened? is everything alright?" i ask him.

He wasn't able to speak a thing but he still explained me everything stuttering,

"N-no th-the war is re-really getting hard, we need more reinforcements, the king of classia has participated in the war this time th-the soldires are really scared and aren't able to hold their grounds..."

With this he collapsed on the ground and i knew that he was no more. Panic surged through me but i held my ground, the king of classia, i thought i heard he is really cruel and merciless and him participating in the war its gonna be tough fight for everyone.

I had to do something i just cant be selfish and leave them on their own especially Ryle and Lyla i had to save my people at any cost it is the duty of a princess and the queen to be to help her people and knowing my father i know he wouldn't be able to put that much of a fight. I rushed to my dormitary getting ready for the war, i wore my fighting leathers attached some knives to it and also took my sword.

"take me too.." i hear a deep voice through a corner

"I know i can be of much help"

I turned and smirked at her .

I know i told everyone that i didn't get a fairy right? except....
